This update focuses on improving system communication, performance, and error handling in truMobile. You’ll now receive real-time notifications when policies are attached or detached, experience faster API response times with Laravel Octane, and benefit from better management of policies with multiple owners. Policy Attach/Detach Event Notifications
truMobile now sends real-time notifications when policies are attached or detached from client accounts—helping keep your records accurate without manual tracking.
Duplicate Policy Owner Management
When policies have multiple owners, truMobile now flags the primary owner and classifies others as guests—providing clear, accurate client information.
Enhanced BMS Data Mapping Search
Search broker mappings by either BMS code or company name, improving speed and flexibility when managing connections. Dropdowns are easier to navigate, with missing data clearly labeled.
Laravel Octane Integration for truMobile API
truMobile's API now runs on Laravel Octane (with Swoole), delivering faster response times, better performance, and a smoother user experience across the platform.
