Trufla Marketplace — Product Terms

This page sets out the current terms — including revenue share, currency, territory, and governing law — for each Product available for distribution through the Trufla Marketplace. This page is incorporated by reference into the Trufla Marketplace Terms and forms the “Distribution Agreement” for each Product as defined there.

Trufla may update the terms for any Product from time to time in accordance with Section 16 of the Trufla Marketplace Terms. Where an update materially affects revenue share, fees, or territory for a Product you already distribute, Trufla will provide at least 30 days’ written notice before the update applies to you.

Allianz Travel Insurance
  • Product Owner: Allianz Global Assistance
  • Revenue Share: 30% standard commission per policy sold. Trufla retains 5% of the transaction as a technology distribution fee, deducted from your commission (net 25% to Distributor).
  • Territory: Canada-wide, subject to your contract with Allianz and provincial license to sell travel insurance in each province.
  • Currency: CAD
  • Effective Date of These Terms: January 1, 2020

This Product requires a direct agreement between you and Allianz Global Assistance, and any applicable provincial license to sell travel insurance, in place prior to distribution. Trufla will verify this is in place before enabling this Product for you.

GoldKey Registry — Vehicle Registration Renewal Program
  • Product Owner: GoldKey Registry Ltd.
  • Revenue Share: $3 CAD per vehicle completed for registration renewal.
  • Territory: Alberta only.
  • Currency: CAD
  • Effective Date of These Terms: January 1, 2020
CDRA — Vehicle Roadside Assistance Program
  • Product Owner: Canada Direct Roadside Assistance by Trufla
  • Revenue Share: 20% per vehicle (20% × $89.99 = $18.00 CAD).
  • Territory: Canada-wide.
  • Currency: CAD
  • Effective Date of These Terms: January 1, 2020
