Acceptable Use Policy

You or an entity for whom you work (“you”, “your” and/or “User”), has entered into an agreement with Trufla Technology Ltd. (“Trufla”) under which you are permitted to use the Site and Trufla Services (both as defined below). This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes activities that are acceptable or prohibited in connection with your use of the websites and related web pages located at https://helpdocs.trufla.com (collectively the “Site”), the services available thereon, and other software and services made available to you by Trufla (collectively, the “Trufla Services”).

By using the Trufla Services or accessing the Site, you hereby agree to the latest version of this Policy. If you violate the Policy or authorize or help others to do so, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Site and Services. The examples described in this Policy are not exhaustive. We may modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site or providing direct notice to you.

 

YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT PUBLISH OR MAKE AVAILABLE ANY CONTENT THAT, OR USE THE SITE OR TRUFLA SERVICES IN A MANNER THAT:

(a) violates any law, regulation or rule;

(b) constitutes an attempt to upload, collect, transmit, store, use or process, or to ask Trufla to obtain from third parties, any data: (i) that you do not have the lawful right to copy, transmit, distribute and display (including any data that would violate any confidentiality or fiduciary obligations); (ii) for which you do not have the consent or permission from the owner of any personal information contained therein; (iii) that infringes, misappropriates or otherwise violates any Intellectual Property or other proprietary rights of any third party; (iv) that is tortious, defamatory, obscene or offensive; or (v) that violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil or criminal liability;

(c) uses the Trufla Services to send, store, publish, post, upload or otherwise transmit any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any systems, data, personal information or property of another;

(d) is harmful to minors in any way;

(e) is hateful or discriminatory, on any basis, including, but not limited to, based on race, colour, sex, religion, nationality, ethnic or national origin, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or age or is otherwise objectionable, as reasonably determined by Trufla;

(f) impersonates any other person, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity, or to obtain unauthorized access to the Site or Trufla Services, including, but not limited to, impersonating an employee of Trufla or any broker;

(g) that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Trufla Services;

(h) uses any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods;

(i) licenses, sublicenses, sells, resells, rents, leases, transfers, assigns, distributes, attempts to create a time share or otherwise commercially exploits or makes the Trufla Services available to any third party;

(j) includes personal or identifying information about another person in a manner that employs misleading email or IP addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of content transmitted through the Site or Trufla Services to users;

(k) constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation to users who have not expressly requested to be contacted for such purposes or is otherwise contrary to applicable law or regulations;

(l) stalks or otherwise harasses anyone on the Site or using the Trufla Services or with information obtained from the Site or Trufla Services;

(m) collects, uses or discloses data, including personal information, about users without their informed consent or for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law or regulations;

(n) attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site, any Trufla Services or related systems or networks;

(o) probes, scans or attempts to penetrate or ascertain the security of the Trufla Services in any manner;

(p) transmits obscene, offensive, adult or pornographic content;

(q) copies, translates, creates derivative works from, reverse engineers, reverse assembles, disassembles, decompiles, modifies or adapts the Trufla Services or any part thereof or otherwise attempts to discover any source code of the Site or Trufla Services;

(r) uses or accesses the Trufla Services for the purposes of competitive analysis of the Trufla Services, the development of competing products or services or for any other purpose that is to Trufla’s commercial disadvantage; or

(s) accesses the Site or Trufla Services for the purposes of monitoring their availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes.
