Orders History Listing (NEW Marketplace Journey)
Brokers and customers can now see all past Marketplace purchases in one place. Orders are clearly displayed with key details, and users can easily click through to see more information or revisit related policies.
Marketplace Order Details Page
Each order now has its own detailed view showing items purchased, pricing, taxes, payment summary, and a downloadable invoice. Sensitive information is protected, and the layout adapts for web and mobile.
Access Policy Details Directly from Orders
Customers can open full policy details directly from their Marketplace orders, saving time and reducing confusion. This makes it easier for brokers too, since customers can self-navigate without extra support.
Unified Policy Listing (Marketplace + External Policies Together)
All policies now appear in one combined list—Marketplace products, broker-issued policies, and external policies. This creates a simpler, more consistent experience for customers and clearer navigation for brokers.
Marketplace Event Tracking (Microsoft Clarity)

User activity in the Marketplace (viewing products, orders, etc.) is now tracked so we can better understand what customers use most and where they get stuck—helping us improve the journey over time.

truMobile Availability Enhancements
Key parts of truMobile remain accessible even if truMarket is temporarily down. This means fewer interruptions for customers and fewer support issues for brokers.
Branch Code Persistence
Branch codes now stay consistent across policy updates and transactions. This ensures cleaner data, avoids branch mismatches, and reduces manual broker corrections.
Disabling Claims or Change Request Plugins
When these plugins are turned off, all related features and menus disappear for both brokers and customers. This prevents confusion by removing access points entirely when a broker chooses to disable these features.
Policy Document Download Centralization
When a customer downloads a policy document, truMobile now checks for an existing copy first, preventing duplicates and ensuring a cleaner, more organized document system.
