This new field makes renewal identification more accurate and reliable, even when older data is incomplete. Brokers get clearer visibility into which policies qualify as renewals, improving segmentation, reporting, and campaign targeting.
Email Sequencing Controls for Policy Notifier & X-ray Campaigns
Brokers can now control the order in which customers receive emails across Policy Notifier and X-ray campaigns. You can filter based on whether predictions exist, see clear explanations when they don’t, and use a new cross-tool email flag to avoid overlapping or conflicting communications. This means cleaner campaign execution and a better customer experience.
Preserve truMobile URL After Authentication
When customers click a link in an email and are asked to log in, they now land on the exact page they intended to view—such as a document or policy detail—not the homepage. This significantly improves the customer experience and reduces “I clicked the link but can’t find the page” inquiries to brokers.
Large eDoc File Upload Enhancements
Brokers can now upload much larger eDocs—up to 20MB per PDF—using a faster, more reliable upload flow. Clear validation messages, retry options, and updated UI make handling large documents easier and more consistent with other upload tools.
Filter Retention X-ray by “Last Business Purpose Transaction”
You can now filter the retention X-ray report by the “Last Business Purpose Transaction” column, making it easier to find the most relevant accounts and focus on transactions that matter most.
