The latest truMobile update gives users more control and clarity. A new “Disable Sync” option in BMS Mapping lets you pause synchronization when needed—perfect for high-activity periods or system changes. We’ve also removed legacy Hotjar code in favor of Microsoft Clarity for cleaner, modern analytics. Plus, error messages on dashboards are now more descriptive and include direct links to support resources, making it easier to understand and resolve issues quickly.
New: “Disable Sync” option in BMS Mapping
You can now temporarily turn off synchronization in the BMS Mapping tool. This gives you better control during high-volume periods or when making changes—helping you avoid sync conflicts and keep data clean.
Removed Hotjar code from truMobile
We’ve fully removed Hotjar and switched to Microsoft Clarity for analytics. This cleans up our codebase and ensures no legacy tracking scripts are running in the background.
Improved dashboard error messages
If something goes wrong—like missing coverage data or a retention flag—you’ll now see clearer error messages with helpful descriptions and direct links to support resources. That means less time guessing, more time resolving.
