In April of 2015, EasyCover.ca launched as an online quote and bind professional liability insurance provider. The problem they encountered was that they didn’t have visibility over who was using the system or following up with leads that dropped off in the quoting process, resulting in lost opportunity and an increase in their cost of acquisition.
By implementing truLeads integration with the multi-stage forms on their website, EasyCover could see everyone who started the quote process and how far they went through the stages. This allowed them to use targeted, automated email campaigns to re-engage customers and to involve broker intervention where necessary.
